You’ll hopefully have read about our new Level 7 apprentice Matthew and our swiftly progressing assistant ecologists Rae and Robin, not to mention Jim’s rapid promotion to Principal Ecologist after just a few years in the team. As our team continues to develop their specialisms, we’d like to bring in a new Senior Ecologist on-board to support our work and exciting projects. Whether you’re passionate about bats, botany, habitat creation or HRAs, you’ll have the scope to progress or diversify your skills at Baker Consultants. Also don’t forget that we’re currently conducting a 4-day-week trial and surely getting full pay for only working four days a week in an award-winning team has got to be worth exploring!
