Andrew Baker, Managing Director at Baker Consultants, will be providing his knowledge on wildlife law during the second day of the course’s five half day sessions.
Hosted by Browne Jacobson LLP, The Introduction to Wildlife Law Course is a CPD accredited course that has been developed to present England and Wales’ wildlife law framework and provides attendees with the opportunity to examine and discuss case studies, largely focusing upon species and Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRAs) legislation.
On Tuesday 9th November at 2pm, Andrew will be running a session on species protection law and discussing case studies around this topic, asking participants to group up, review two case studies and come up with a strategy for license applications as a part of this module.
